Anna Goodkin is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA); she has a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia (MSNA) from the University of New England. Anna has worked as a certified registered nurse anesthesiologist since 2008 and has been a medical professional since 1996 with over 20 years of experience in anesthesia and critical care. Anna is a co-founder of The Vital Elements.

Anna is passionate about nutrition and fitness and is a former yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training. She is married with two children, a son-in-law, and a grandson and loves nothing more than spending time with her family. She is also an avid traveler and foodie.
